Popularization event on Wednesday 15^th

In the evening, participants will attend a public scientific lecture on acoustics organized by YRAM. In the spirit of scientific dissemination, this event will be open to the general public and hosted by OPEK, Vaartkom 4, 3000 Leuven (address link).

Social event on Thursday 16^th

In the afternoon, participants will visit the Stella Artois brewery, Aarschotsesteenweg 20, 3000 Leuven (address link). This event is free of charge for conference participants but registration is required.

Please not that the participation to the social meals neeeds registration. The lunches are included in the conference fee, while dinners requires a contribution of 35.00 € per person, per dinner.

Optional extra social day on Saturday 18^th

An optional social excursion to the city center of Brussels will be organized. Registration is required, with a participation fee of 40.00 € per person. The fee includes transportation from Leuven to Brussels, lunch, and luggage storage (for participants wishing to travel directly from Brussels). A visit to the Choco Story Museum in Brussels during the morning is also included.

Accompanying persons

YRAM is unfortunately unable to cover the expenses of accompanying persons. Those who wish to participate in the social activities are very welcome to join upon prior registration and payment of the corresponding participation fees:

• Lunches: 40.00 € per person
• Dinners: 50.00 € per person on Wednesday and Friday, and 70.00 € per person on Thursday
• Saturday social day: 65.00 € per person
